Therapy is a collaborative process where we explore your story, clarify your goals, and reconnect with your sense of self. I take time to understand what brings you here so we can build a plan rooted in your values. As a trauma-informed therapist, I offer a space grounded in curiosity, compassion, and deep respect for your autonomy. I work with teens, young adults, and adults navigating life transitions, trauma, or feeling unseen. You don’t have to have it all figured out to start—I'll meet you where you are.
With respect for your lived experience, I offer a supportive space to process what’s weighing on you, identify your goals, and build new patterns aligned with your values.
If you're feeling stuck, burnt out, anxious, or just need space to sort things out without judgment, therapy can help. You’re allowed to show up unsure, overwhelmed, or in transition. We’ll start from there, together.
